I was able to include a couple of games that normally require CHDs like Street Fighter III and JoJos Bizarre Adventure because there are "no-cd" versions of the roms. There are some duplicate games such as TMNT, Simpsons, Gauntlet and X-Men to allow for the 2 player and 4 player versions. I have the first version of this set now complete, it consists of 371 rom files that totals 3.16 gigs of drive space. One question I have for everyone right now is what to do about the King of the Fighters series ? There are too many games to include every game so I would like to hear peoples thoughts on which games of the series would be a must have in this set. I have also noticed that I can get around the CHD requirements for this set since there are No-CD versions of the games available in the set, or atleast there are for the Street Fighter III games, I will check tomorrow for other games. The current collection on my hard drive is 293 games and 2.75 gigs, this contains nearly all of the bigger roms too.

I have been using the Non Merged rom set and the way I have worked around downloading the full set for this is I downloaded the set to my seedbox and then connecting to that via ftp and downloading individual rom files, this worked out amazingly well. I spent quite a bit of time on downloading and testing roms today and into the night and I am getting close to being done for now but I still have some more downloading and testing to be done.
